How India Lost Vital Opportunities to Windies

Though experts are busy analysing causes of Indian loss to West Indies in thier t20 worldcup tie, I feel these were the vital reasons for abysmal show :
1. Choosing to bowl even after suffering in their chase against Australia, a few days before
2. Inability to contain run flow in last four overs- giving away over 50 runs
3. No serious effort/practice to overcome weakness facing hostile short-pitched attack
4. Lack of fearlessness
5. Half-hearted attacking-airy shots ending in catches - one has seen this many a times when Indian batters' lofted shots land in hands at about boundaries. Hard to follow as why can't such shots be hit with full might?
6. No change of ends by Dhoni after Yusuf Pathan skied a shot to long-leg; new batsman Harbhajan played three-four dot balls,
7. Sending out Harbhajan ahead of Jadeja even though Jadeja is a mutch better bat.
8. Dhoni not streching full length to save himself against run out- normally one should have have dived at that stage.
